Returns

Whilst we do our best to describe our items thoroughly, we understand that occasionally in the online environment, customers'

expectations may not be met. With this in mind, Smik are pleased to offer what we deem to be a fair and just return policy.

We only offer REFUNDS for Smik on-line due to the nature of on-line shopping. Smik on-line is separate from our 'bricks and mortar'

stores. If you have purchased an item at one of our stores then please see in-store policy. 

 

HOW DO YOU ISSUE RETURNS?

In the unfortunate instance that you are unsatisfied with your item, we will gladly REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT full

priced merchandise within 7 days of receipt and 14 days for international customers. For on-line store only. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at customerservice@smikclothing.com.au or alternatively call us on

(02) 9651 7272 Monday to Friday between 10am to 4pm AEST and we can email you an EXCHANGE/REFUND form.

 

DO YOU EXCHANGE OR REFUND SALE ITEMS?

No we do not exchange of refund on Sale items.


DO I QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?

Returns are approved at the discretion of Smik Clothing.

The merchandise must be in original condition. Under no circumstances will worn, washed, damaged, dry cleaned or altered clothing

be accepted. (Please ensure garments do not have fake tan, make-up, perfume or deodorant stains).

Sale items are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS are for Smik on-line only.

Handling charges are not refundable.

If an item fails to meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to the buyer at their own expense.

 

HOW DO YOU REFUND?

We will happily refund any full priced item, provided it meets our return criteria. A refund will be issued to the same account that it

was originally used to purchase the item once it is received. 

 

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE?

We will happily exchange any full priced item, provided it meets our return criteria. If you are exchanging for a different size or

different product, the new item will be sent to you once your returned item is received.

 

HOW DO YOU ISSUE A STORE CREDIT?

We will happily grant a store credit for the value of any full priced item, provided it meets our return criteria.

Store credits are valid for 12 months and only redeemable online, not in-store.

 

 

*Please note that we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit.

It is strongly reccommended you undertake shipping insurance and package your items appropriately.
