We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it's out of stock.

can source it from one of our other stores.
For these special orders, we require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. Special orders can take up to 5 - 12 weeks. Please let us
know if you need it before this time.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order
via the Australia Post website.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
For domestic orders, please allow 2-5 business days from the date of your shipment for your parcel to arrive.
For international orders, please allow 5-10 business days from the date of your shipment for your parcel to arrive.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes you can. Simply find the product name, colour and size and call us at (02) 9651 2464 Monday to Friday between 10am-4pm AEST
to place your order. Ensure you have your credit card details ready.
I NEED MY ITEMS URGENLY, CAN I HAVE THEM POSTED VIA EXPRESS POST?
Yes we are able to send your items via express post. There is a charge of $15.00 within Australia for express postage.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS AT ONE OF YOUR STORES?
Yes you can return your order only at our Dural store - Shop 8/6 Kenthurst Road, Dural NSW 2158 - within 7 days of receiving your
order with the receipt and returns form.
We can only offer returns on on-line items.
We do not RETURN in store items, however we gladly EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT full priced merchandise within 7 days with
proof of purchase and tags attached.

We deliver worldwide and all prices can only be shown in Australian dollars. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged in AUD.
HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
Store credit is only available for use on our online store. During the check out process, you will be required to select the store credit option.
Store credits are valid for 12 months.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
Unfortunately, Smik does not offer returns or exchanges for items on sale.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?
Once your order has been disptched, it cannot be cancelled.
